Boil Water: Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil.
Add Coffee: Add 1 heaping teaspoon of Sevdah Kahva ultra-fine ground coffee per demitasse cup into the džezva.
Mix and Heat: Pour hot water over coffee, stir, and place on low heat.
First Foam: When creamy foam (kajmak) rises, remove from heat before boiling.
Repeat (Optional): Return to heat once more for deeper flavor.
Pour and Enjoy: Spoon foam into cups, then slowly pour coffee. Serve with Turkish delight or sugar cubes.
